Mateo Dallos Ortega

I received my BEng in Acoustical Engineering from the University of Southampton, and my MSc from Liverpool University. My Master´s dissertation focused on aortic tears and dissections; investigating causes of fatal structural weakness in the aorta. My PhD is being supervised by Dr. Raechelle D’Sa, and co-supervised by Dr. Jenny Hanson on investigating bioinspired nanotopographies to control bacterial adhesion and biofilm formation. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking and going to the cinema.
